Next workshop in February 2025 : come alone or accompanied to learn the basics of SGM
- A workshop of 3 hours to learn some techniques and especially the SGM approach:
- A meeting time, and ‘refocusing’
- A short introduction to SGM massage , of what it represents, its specificities compared to other massages
- The demonstration of massage movements by 2, then another time when the massed in turn give to their partner.
- A time of”exchange to verbalize feelings
- A care practice, sharing, and discovery of oneself and the other to bring home, and continue exploring with your loved ones once the workshop is over
