CE1 teacher, I was able to benefit my class from massage learning sessions. These are moments focused on student cohesion among themselves, always with respect for others as a condition, of one's feelings as well as respect for one's own body.
As the training progresses, this ritual takes place smoothly and quickly and allows the children to refocus on themselves and thus work better.
Children say they explained and showed their parents what it involves, some students who did not wish to participate gradually wanted to join in these moments ( which are not obligatory, each child is free to participate or not) and after ten sessions, the routine is well established in the class.
