MISP workshops, where I transmit the routine of 15 clothed massage movements, was originally designed for schools, but quickly proved to be a very interesting practice to practice as a family, outside of school. Children trained in”school often come home with the desire to pass on and share this practice with their parents., their brothers and sisters, their grandparents… I therefore offer MISP workshops through the association La Joie en Main, in community halls or any place of culture and sharing where the desire, the need to experience something else as a family would be felt.
- Routine learning workshops 5 sessions of 45 Minutes
- Outside of school, regularity is sometimes not as easy to implement, but the principle is the same. I transmit to you, in 5 has 6 sessions the movements of the massage routine so that you can little by little acquire them and practice them at home with your family independently.
- At each session, we review previously learned movements and learn from them 4 new among the 15.
- The massage is practiced in pairs, between children of the same siblings, between children of different siblings if the parents are not present, between parent and child…. according to the desire of the moment.
- Absolute consent is our guiding principle: everyone is free to participate, or just watch in silence, to be able to integrate the massage in progress if necessary. Touching and being touched is not trivial, and everyone chooses for themselves, and can change his mind along the way, or not wanting to make a movement if he doesn’t feel it.
- The massaged parts are the head, neck, him two, arms and hands. The massage is done dressed, and sitting on the floor on mats or chairs.
- I do not massage or touch the child, but shows the movements in the air or on an adult present and who agrees to serve as a model.
- Rates : 10 euros per session (decreasing according to the number of children of the same siblings), or 40 euros for 5 sessions.
